Ayo Balogun is a soccer and travel loving resident of the Northern California for over 10 years. Professionally, he is a supply chain and operations management professional who prioritizes solving complex business problems with effective processes, people, and tools with global experience in high tech engineering, manufacturing, and biotech. Ayo routinely seeks out, and thrives in, opportunities to help people learn, grow, and perform their best. He has served as a mentor or coach with organizations including Association for Supply Chain Management, Plug and Play Silicon Valley, and Big Brother Big Sister Association. As a member of the board, he hopes to help develop processes, tools, and content that further the mission and vision of NCN and maximize the learnings, growth, and engagement of its members and other people who come in contact with the organization.
